"Clean room, adaquate for what we needed, shared bathroom, toilet, was clean and modern, staff fantastic and very friendly, Frosty the star was in an ace mood, Calling us by names i wont repeat, breakfast lovely, cereals provided and fry up, bar was lovely, location was fantastic for where we needed to go,"

"Very well equipped property in a great location, exactly as per the listing. We had a very enjoyable February half term here as a family of five. All booking and check-in/ check-out arrangements were straightforward. Would consider booking again in the future and would recommend to others."

"The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option wasn't available with breakfast, but was available in our room ! Having asked for it on day 1, no effort had been made to ensure its availability on our 2nd day ! To sum up, with a few tweaks and forethought, what was fairly good value for money, could have been very good !"

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"Lovely little cottage in perfect position next to a beautiful lake yet still so close to the beautiful Praa sands beach. Lovely big summerhouse right by the lake to use. Only a few miles drive into Porthleven for great restaurants or Helston for a supermarket shop."
