Romantic Retreat

"On arrival we were welcomed by the property owner who was very friendly and helpful while showing us to the property. The property was in a little oasis in the bottom of the beautifully planted rear garden. We met the owners husband when he popped in to help with the WiFi. The property had everything that you could want for. The decor was to a high standard and the property was clean. It surpassed our expectations. Once we had settled in, we found a box of chocolate biscuits and tea and milk as a welcome gift of from owners which was greatly appreciated . We found a folder in the property which helped us find lots of information about the local area as well as things to see and do. We would definitely come back and stay again."

"Was surprisingly easily to find. A heads up that the roads surrounding the barn are narrow two way country lanes and the road leading up to the barn is very gravelly. The property was lovely and clean and the atmosphere was great. It’s about a 35 minute drive to St Ives and a 10 minute drive to Tesco Superstore. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We had a lovely mini break here, the little cottage/barn conversion is set down a farm track in a beautiful rural location. A short 20min walk to the local village with a lovely pub, and local shop.Good location for popping out to see things, but also perfectly equipped home from home for a little R&R.Highly recommend if you're looking for a little rural retreat."

"We had an amazing week at Glebe Hall and couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, we felt genuinely welcomed. The house was spotless, beautifully and stylishly decorated, spacious, and exactly as described online—if anything, even better. The local tips we received made our Cornwall trip truly special. Thank you for your incredible hospitality and kindness. We wholeheartedly recommend Glebe Hall to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Cornwall!"

"The property was very well maintained and equipped. Beautifully decorated and lovely enclosed outdoor area for our dog to play. The only downside was that the water flow was pretty inconsistent and it was very hot weather so a bigger fan would’ve been great as it gets very hot. Other than that, it was a lovely stay."

"All staff outstanding, very welcoming and went out of their way to assist if required. In my room, shower leaked from supply pipe (easy fix?) Loo seat 'Odd' shaped and wiggled!! (another easy fix) Steep steps up to the rear car park, not ideal for people with walking issues I wish they offered breakfast, although there is a shop about 20 yards away that does some excellent pastries. (Got to experience the sausage rolls!!!) Overall, yes I would go again."
