I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did"

"Great location. Desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Rooms old and very small but clean. Would definitely recommend to others wanting a reasonably priced place to stay close to Paddington Station."

"I loved the free coffee and water and the nice little cafe area. The room is small, but that's what I expected for the price and a single room. The a/c worked great and the bed was really comfortable. Easy walk to tube station and on a quiet street. "

"Close to LHR although Hoppa buses were not timely but I had no issues on catching my flight. Streets near hotel were untidy with rubbish bags piling up along verges but neither comments are hotel issues. Staff were very professional."
