Not what you expect from a highly end hotel. However, that aside I would stay again but not have breakfast. All other aspects were very good."

"The hoyel was a 6 minute public bus ride from Heathrow Terminal 5. Fantastic location to watch the planes tale off. It offered a delicious hot and continental breakfast. The room/bathroom was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stop there again when flying from Ternimal 5. :0)"

"The room service food was poor. Over priced for a pretty shoddy dish. We paid £50 for two dishes, soft drinks and tea. That we would be OK but the duck salad was a joke. "
