The bar was quite extensive, and the bar team was also very good. My room was as expected, cozy. But actually had a room for a desk, which was something that I needed The hotel is right next to there was a private entrance to very good gym. "Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. 20 min walk for Regents Park. 2 mins to Bind Street tube. Staff are gold medal courtesy winners. Room service was a bit inflexible, you take what’s on the menu with no substitutes which I found odd and unhelpful. "

"I was worried being close to the rail it would be a bit on the tourist.hard side but it was a perfect location. Rail to anywhere outside that immediate area down the block.. Kensington Park a hop skip and jump. I could go on BUT…the staff was so pleasant and welcomed us with a refreshing non alcoholic cocktail They sent up amazing surprise pastries for our anniversary. Beautiful presentation ❣️. Room straightened every day, restaurant known outside of just the guests, and MORE treats to thank us...
