"Friendly greeting, check-in was easy, room was ready early, and the food was delicious. Despite it being close to the airport, it was quiet and I slept well. The pods made it easy to travel to terminal 5 for an early flight. I will be staying again. "

"The complimentary drink was tea of coffee or wine so though I received vouchers I didn’t use. The bed was sublime especially the pillows like sleeping on a cloud. Reception staff were lovely helpful and polite the bar service not so good a bit chaotic but that an airport hotel would I stay again absolutely "
