"The hotel is very nice and offers great value if you want to be close to Heathrow. It works out perfectly for me. The staff is very well trained and are high caliber! My first encounter was with Yarika at the front desk who pleasantly and efficiently checked me into room 502. While it was close to the elevator the room was completely silent from noise in the hall or airplane noise. I went down to the restaurant in the lobby and had a delicious and reasonably priced pizza and ice cold beer. My server and hostess was Simran and she could not have possibly been more gracious and personable. I had a great night sleep in the well designed and attractive room. In the morning I had the time to enjoy the ample and tasty buffet breakfast. Again, the staff members Hilda and Cleto, made all the difference. They were busy serving well over 100 people at the time I was there but they did it with a delicate balance of grace and urgency at the same time. Very impressive. Check out was a breeze and I took the Hoppa Shittle bus to the airport terminal right on time and plenty of room for my large suitcase. Overall my expectations Ibis London Heathrow far exceeded my expectations. Compliments to the management and staff who have made this my new London Heathrow go to hotel!"
