Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
Shawn at check-in was outstanding. Professional, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very well maintained overall. Rooms are large, quiet and clean. And convenient to Terminal 2. Have stayed here numerous times over the years and will be back. Thanks!

Yes. However , no one was answering the main hotel number after 12 midnight when we had an urgent question about the pod transportation from Heathrow terminal 5 to the hotel. We ended up taking the uber ride hailing system to get back to the hotel.

All staff were friendly. The menu, while not particularly adventurous, had something for nearly all palates. And the advertised quality of the mattresses lived up to expectation - I slept like a log!
