"Had a few problems with the room I was allocated on check-in, but these were addressed quickly, friendly and professionally by reception, with an upgrade. That room was very spacious, the only small gripe was it lacked personality. Breakfast was standard, orange juice was diluted and more like squash which is a pet hate of mine. Location wise it was perfect for me and the staff were great"

"Comfortable bed and good shower. It would be great if it had double glazing to reduce street noise. Also the emergency lights never switch off completely. Could be a problem if you are used to total darkness to sleep. "
