All good just had no heat over night was freezing … as they do not have phones in room could not tell .. it’s 2 in morning so just used the towels as extra blankets. Did tell them in the morning an someone sent email apologizing

Good location and nice hotel.

Good location near Euston - easy access for train and tube. A little noisy facing Upper Woburn but I did still get a good night’s sleep. POD room is good for one- two would be a squeeze. Staff were very helpful.

The location is great, it’s very close to Euston station, making it easy to get around. It also felt safe. The staff were friendly. However, we had some concerns. The queen size room was extremely small- it’s essentially a tight, short hallway with a bed at the end. There’s no space to walk around and limited space to put things. If you’re travelling alone, you’d likely be fine but for two people it felt quite cramped. There was limited shelf storage in the room and bathroom. The bathroom sink was tiny. One of the shower heads was malfunctioning and sprayed water everywhere. If you’re okay with having very limited space and just want a good location, I’d recommend this. Otherwise, you may want to consider other options.

Very handy for Euston station. Room very small, OK for a one night visit by a business man but some difficulty for anybody with any form of limited mobility. Breakfast fine and staff very helpful.
