I had a newly refurbished room which was very nice and had a large balcony facing the sea. But the highlight of the property is the staff, all helpful, kind and friendly.

Great location, great staff, great stay.

Excellent stay here, location is perfect with the back door leading to the lanes and the front door leading to the beach. Ken the concierge was very welcoming and friendly!

Friendly staff at check-in, nice big clean room. Shower was good and unlike many other hotels we have stayed in the room was not an oven. We could actually breathe.

Really the best stay I had on this trip. Very comfortable and relaxing with a wide variety of food choices with excellent service. This is now my go to for Gatwick!

Staff welcome and check in was particularly pleasant and positive experience

Great hotel, great staff, they could not do enough for us, room was perfect, everything we needed was in the room, very close location to pier,to the beach and to some great bars and restaurants , recommend this hotel for your stay in Brighton

Lovely little boutique hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff, super-comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay again.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely willing to help us in any way they could. Full of great recommendations for food and things to do. A special mention for James who looked after us amazingly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Only thing to be aware of is there is no lift if you have baggage but staff were very willing to assist. Otherwise I have nothing but praise for the property. Great location 👌 We booked a comfy room and it was beautiful....
