The room is very spacious, has large balcony with view for the ocean and the fortress. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The location is very convenient close to many sightseeing place and dinning or shopping area. It is in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast has lots of choice! Highly recommended this hotel!

The best IBIS Style Hotel we have stayed in

Lovely hotel in the centre of Heraklion. Staff excellent, rooms very good, breakfast very good, only downside was noise from neighboring room and noise outside until late, apart from that it was excellent would definitely recommend

The hotel is centrally located, Tue rooms were clean and convenient. The staff are very accommodating and extremely professional. There can be a bit at noise heard from the nearby restaurants but this has nothing to do with the hotel and also it’s due to it being very central.

Alright.

Close to port and within walking distance to many locations in Heraklion. Hallways and stair areas are dark and gloomy. Felt like more of a business hotel. Breakfast was good and staff great. Our room on second floor had an enormous patio that you could have had a mini rave on.
