"Lovely welcome and friendly host . Quiet convenient location . Spacious clean room with super bathroom facilities . Excellent breakfast .
As two tall people we would have preferred a king size bed to the double in our suite and will request this on our next visit if one is available . "
"Really lovey place to stay if you just want peace and quiet, very basic and very romantic and secluded.
Just hear in mind your only cooking appliances are a cooking hob. So any meals you plan on cooking must be cookable in a saucepan or frying pan.
That being said the rose and crown in Michaelchurch."
"Loved our stay here! Such a beautiful location and friendly staff! The staff here went above and beyond as they allowed me to use their bar to film an audition. So grateful to them!! Still haven’t heard anything from my audition though haha but promised to call if I got it. Such a beautiful place and had a great sleep. "
"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."

"Property is very basic and a little tired.Bathroom finish is poor with uneven and cracked tiles and unfinished trims. Table in the main space is completely unusable due to the uneven floor and not the one in the photos supplied (instead it's a very basic folding style table). No coffee machine as advertised, you can feel the springs through the mattress, and the WiFi performance is beyond poor (consistent 1Mbps speeds made it completely unusable). Wouldn't stay here again."
