Loved our stay here! Such a beautiful location and friendly staff! The staff here went above and beyond as they allowed me to use their bar to film an audition. So grateful to them!! Still haven’t heard anything from my audition though haha but promised to call if I got it. Such a beautiful place and had a great sleep.

Nice stay

Nice stay. Room clean and bed reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. If I was being critical I'd say that there is significant road noise if you need a window open and the carpets are looking pretty tired on the stairs and in the room. That aside, it was a nice stay

Would stay again.

Good value for money. Excellent food and a good location for visiting the surrounding areas. Pleasant staff and plenty of free on site parking. Only negative was road noise so would recommend ear plugs. Would stay again.

A wonderful pub and restaurant, with very convenient accommodation attached. The staff looked after us well. There was a good selection of food for dinner, and the breakfast was outstanding. There was some noise from passing traffic, but this was not overly distracting. Would definitely stay here again.

Harewood Inn Hereford

Very friendly and food is superb!!

We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and spotless and please make sure that you book a meal at this place coz the food was delicious - We thoroughly recommend a visit to the Harewood End Inn, we had a fabulous stay here.

This is a nice place to go--we enjoyed and our stay and will go back. The welcome was excellent, and service was always good. Breakfast was fine, we had a very enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant at a great price. The Inn is on a main road our room did have road noise with the window open, but no doubt other rooms have less of this issue.

Amazing!

The room was a really good size, big comfortable bed. Smart bathroom. Very clean. The owners and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. The food just topped it off. Some of the best we have eaten :)

Food excellent

Everyone very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. The room was very basic and too hot for me. The traffic noise in the night wasn't good and it kept us awake. Even if you could have opened a window you wouldn't because of the noise. If you are a sound sleeper this is a great little Inn.

Beautiful old inn with modern day comforts

A beautiful old inn brought up to date with modern facilities and decor!! Made to feel so welcome by all of the staff who went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and at home!! The inn dates back centuries and even includes its own well covered with a glass panel in the dining room! The whole inn has such a good vibe with outdoor sitting and eating areas with scenic walks which go on for miles through the rolling countryside and wooded glades! Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order If you’re looking for somewhere in the area to stay, eat or just a drink then the Harewood End is the place!!

Staff helpful but noisy room

Staff were fine but my room was incredibly noisy due to Road traffic. Also walls seem paper thin and I could hear people talking quite clearly in adjacent rooms

Dan was excellent host. Clean room. Nice shower. Wonderful breakfast. The pub and restaurant are closed on Mondays so Dan directed me to nearby Ross on Wye and recommended several restaurants. If the breakfast is anything to go by I missed out on some excellent tuck in the evening. I ended up popping to Aldi in Ross on Wye and grabbed a Kebab from the awesome, aptly named The Best Kebab and Pizza which is opposite Aldi’s car park.

I did self check in and gave a rough idea of arrival....but when I arrived at 8pm they had closed the restaurant early.....I do understand why however they just simply could have rung me and explained. They reluctantly offered some food (obviously not fresh....) one staff member was excellent the other was very put out. There appeared to be no one else staying and I was given a twin room that was very cold. Beds small and narrow and I tried to turn up the heating but the temp did not change. I didnt dare go downstairs and change rooms as I felt this would be a huge inconvenience and I honestly didnt expect anyone to be around!!!! The noise from the road outside was horrendous and I didnt sleep at all!!!!!! The property could have put me in a room away from the road due to it being empty and the food issue....but instead I can only feel that room 3 was the one I was allocated so be it....they did have an opportunity to iprove my stay but didnt.....I could not recommend this property at all if staying at the front due to noise levels from the road
