The location was great, just off the Royal Mile. Perfect for sightseeing and walking.
The front desk staff were superb! Very friendly, and helpful with directions and recommendations.
The cold buffet breakfast was great, with a very nice selection!
The room was comfortable, but very small and basic for the price. Not much room for luggage, and TV had to be viewed from the bed.

Room was very good - clean and spacious and it was good to have a bath in the ensuite and not just a shower. All the staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. A nice touch was the provision of mulled wine and mince pies each evening

Staff were fantastic and very friendly, especially the waiter in the bar. Hotel is lovely and a nice touch having mulled wine and mince pies out for guests. Room was big and clean.
