"The entry carpet was bubbled and needed to be stretched or replaced, lower elevator didn’t work, but the lobby was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a mess. Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. "

"Breakfast was supposed to be 06:00 to 09:00 but when arrived at 08:45 a cranky attendant was removing what was left and told us they close the kitchen at 08:30 and when the food is gone, done. The room was dared, which did not bother us but the heating unit sounded like a wind storm. Rooms were accessible from the outside which we liked but with more rooms than parking spots, we could not park near the door. On the positive side, the rest of the staff was friendly. We stay in Best Western motels fairly frequently and have come to expect better than this."
