"The entry carpet was bubbled and needed to be stretched or replaced, lower elevator didn’t work, but the lobby was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a mess. Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. "

The room was dared, which did not bother us but the heating unit sounded like a wind storm. Rooms were accessible from the outside which we liked but with more rooms than parking spots, we could not park near the door. On the positive side, the rest of the staff was friendly. We stay in Best Western motels fairly frequently and have come to expect better than this."
