"Great proximity to Notre Dame. Nice breakfast and rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful."

"The room was large and everything worked well. The property is a little dated. For example, the plumbing fixtures seem quite old. But they did work. I have one big complaint, which is they charged me more than the amount that was quoted to me by Expedia. When I raised this with the Front Desk, they told me to send an email to their manager. The manager never replied to my email. I had to ask Expedia about it and at that point the hotel acknowledged the difference but refused to provide a refund saying too much time had passed. Expedia gave me one key cash in the amount of the refund I should have received, but that is not satisfactory. The hotel clearly overcharged me and should have refunded my card the difference."

"Coffee maker was broken, staff was very busy, room was very clean as was entire facility."

"The evening staff was very helpful. Can't say much about the morning crew. The sheets on the bed had stains and the mattress can stand to be flipped or purchase a new one."

"Traveling home and spouse got sick. The staff was great getting me the help I needed. Was a clean room had to stay an extra night and they made that possible. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing is I wish the breakfast area would stay open a little later."

"Dee was very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was good and location was close to all the places I needed to go. The only downside was that the rooms aren't very sound proof...but luckily there wasn't a lot that disturbed me and I got a good night's sleep."
