CitizenM Hotels hotels in Het Gooi, North Holland

Whole experience was amazing, scenery is spectacular, service is splendid, maintenance is brand new, and clean as a bell. Room was cosy and warm, the bed soft as whipped cream, shower really big and wonderfull. Wifi is very quick, overall it was a great stay

Was so impressed by this hotel. It is great in terms of facilities, with a 24/7 reception and baggage storage post-checkout, but the staff were absolutely fabulous and so helpful with just about everything. The hotel is not too far away from the bigger cities and is much cheaper, so definitely an option as long as you can drive (free parking is available). In short, a very comfortable stay and was happy with my two nights.

Close to train station, clean and comfortable room with working air conditioning, staff efficient and helpful, coffee machine in room. Bar & restaurant I did not use but looks good. Recommended.

Fine hotel, undergoing renovations. Not a bother and saw no construction or workers. Only one problem was the heating/cooling system, was listening to the fan all night and woke me several times. I would recommend they put an instruction on how to turn it off. According to the receptionist on check out, she recommended taking the key card out which powers lights and sockets etc and the fan will turn off. With no power at the outlets how do I charge my devices overnight? Please look at an...

Great location , quality hotel and customer service all round

I stayed for two nights un June 2023. The hotel was excellent. Beautiful room with a nice view on the canal. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend, and I would come back if I ever visited Amsterdam again.

Everything was great and especially the staff!

Excellent stay

We initially checked in a room where the electricity didn’t work (beautiful nonetheless). After various attempts by the staff to solve the situation and power the room with electricity the hotel called us in order to accommodate us in another room. The new room was even an upgrade and everything was resolved within a few minutes. I stay in more than 50-60 hotels per year and I have come to the conclusion that at the end of the day it is the quality of people that can make the difference and...
