"Has a great view! Really enjoyed coffee on the porch! Loved the pool table! This property was fine. It was on the lower range of prices for the area but it is farther away from Cahsiers and Highlands. It’s 35 minutes drive to just about anywhere. The property is older and in pretty good condition for its age. Many updates have been completed such as the floors and bathrooms. Would be nicer if kitchen were updated, but it is well stocked and functional. Hot tub was clean but the jets on one side didn’t work. If you are looking to save a little money compared to other houses in the area and don’t mind driving a little farther and a few things not being perfect, then this is a great choice. Host communicated well. 35-60 minutes drive from many great waterfalls. Dry Falls is a must!!!!"

"This was a rustic, very cozy cottage, located in a private wooded area perched above Lake Glenville with a spectacular view. It was small, but clean and neat, and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The owner was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Detailed directions were provided as well as lots of information on the area and nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The cabin felt like an authentic log cabin, with a beautiful view of the river with easy access for fishing. Everything was well appointed and very comfortable, with a patio to enjoy the outdoors. "The place was quiet and peaceful. The deck and porch give you beautiful views of the lake through oaks and other trees. We were there in September and just kept the windows open and enjoyed the mountain air. Debra was great communicating quickly with us. The lake and pier were perfect. The only thing people need to realize is that there are a lot of stairs to get to the lake. We are older and had no problems but for some it could be an issue. Once you are by the water kayaks and chairs are supplied we could not of had more fun. The place is located very near a lot of restaurants and shops we ate out every night."

"Great house on a charming lane near Lake Glenville and Signal Ridge Marina. Great restaurant (Happ’s Place) very close by. Location is A. WIFI worked great, lots of kitchen supplies and extra towels and bedding. Only negatives were: the garage was a bit dingy, the driveway is difficult to maneuver out of (true of most mountain properties), there was no baby gate for stairs (this was stated in the listing), there was no bath mat, and the sliding glass doors were only locked by long pieces of wood wedged in between. These were minor and would not prevent us from booking this property again."
