"The roads going up are steep and one lane but manageable. The house is great. The bed on the main floor is HIGH. The hot tub was out of order. We enjoyed the stay very much. The peace and quiet are great. Coffee in the mist of the early morning or by the glow of the firepit either one fit the bill. Come for a slower pace and beautiful scenery."

"We absolutely loved the cabin. The property was exactly as described and more. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Being beside the creek listening to the water and actually talking to each other was the best part for us. "

"We booked Lisa’s place for our sons’ high school fishing tournament at lake chatuge. This place was top notch. Easy access right off the main road, beautifully landscaped, and absolutely adorable through and through. It’s an older little house but has been masterfully decorated and updated. It didn’t even feel like someone else’s place…..we instantly felt at home here. There’s a beautiful little brook at the side edge of the property, which is an amazing backdrop for morning coffee on the front porch. Even the utility room was adorable! No detail was left unattended and the stay far exceeded my expectations. I wish we had booked one more night just to hang out at the property. We have been all over the place with the fishing team, and stayed at a lot of places. This one might be my favorite of them all. 10 out of 5 stars. We will be back. "

"Tucked away in a nice neighborhood, the lot is secluded and private. Easy access to Hiawassee and Clayton for dining, fishing, hiking and sightseeing. The cabin was well stocked and cozy. The amazing creek was the greatest feature! Only suggestion, please add screens on the family room doors so you can hear the creek while inside!Highly recommend."
