"As advertised - amazing views!Hostess was very responsive and helpful. Coffee pot stopped working after 2nd pot and hostess was quick to respond and brought a brand new one right over even brought over a few coupons from the area. Any questions we had, she responded very quickly, always. She also had plenty of great recommendations from places to eat to cities to visit and Waterfalls to visit. Plenty of space inside and out, for our needs. Fireplace was wonderful and really helped the ambiance of the stay. Driving to the cabin is typical steep mountain drive but is nicely paved and once you do it is not too bad. We had a standard suv and it was fine. Overall would recommend the Perch as a great option. "

"The house is very attractive. The location is nice. The pictures in the listing are a bit older. I am a recliner type of person and enjoy unwinding in a comfortable chair while watching a little tv each night. The furniture in the downstairs den area is not setup well for this. I did not enjoy the gliders. A digital, guest adjustable thermostat downstairs is also suggested. The water level was low during our visit so no trout."

"I went with my gut on this one and it was the best choice ever - the host was extremely polite and easy to communicate with everything is as stated-the home is beautiful and very cozy. We took our kids hiking to four different places and on the last day we were lucky enough to see snow. I would definitely stay here again."

"The exterior of the hotel is very nice. The fireplace and common area is really nice and welcoming. Staff is great. Rooms are dated and walls definitely need some soundproofing. Overall it was a good stay, will consider coming back in the summer. The surrounding area is beautiful and fun. "

"The bottom floor was very cold even with 5 heaters running the bathroom door kept unscrewing at the henge the cabin was beautifully done but its more for looks not as much for comfort other then that it was a very nice"
