Absolutely Great Experience

We were group of 6 families with 25 members and had an absolutely amazing time. Initially our friends were hesitating as it’s totally in woods and were not sure what to expect. But everyone had a blast. House was clean and had so many beds that everyone got to sleep in their own bed with clean blankets. Kitchen is well equipped. Backyard view is gorgeous with place to do campfire and grill. We spent so much time there. And a big backyard where we had family games. House had so many little trails and we walked

Mountain Retreat

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. We were traveling with 17 people in our party. Five adults and 12 girls (5-17 years). The house was spacious and comfortable and included plenty of beds/room for everyone. If you are not used to driving on West Virginia mountains roads, I would definitely recommend arriving during daylight hours. The road up the mountain to the house is very narrow in places and it was a bit scary the first time at night. Lots of room in the kitchens for cooking and eating. Would stay here again.

Rosedale rental

Enjoyed our stay at Rosedale. Great views, clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our group of 12 people. Everything was taken are of when we arrived and only took a few minutes for check in. Met Pat at the office and she was very helpful getting us taken care of quickly and she made sure that we knew she was always available for any questions or concerns we may have. Very considerate of her.Only drawback was that the pond was more remote than we had expected and the access road to it was very steep and long for some of our group.
