"Overall, this property is nice, but with some issues. It has a great layout, plenty of tables/seating, privacy, & easy parking. The kitchen is big/well stocked. The owner is the best communicator of any VRBO property owner I have rented from. I did not mention these issues to him while there, because we didn’t think they could be resolved during our stay, and we didn’t want contractors at the property. Based on what I’ve seen of the owner, I expect he will address these things:1)The 2 rooms with king sized beds have walk-in showers. There is no shelving & no handholds (not even a shower door…just a curtain). Everything needs to be put on the floor (even your bar of soap) and the floor is VERY slippery. With no handholds & a slippery floor, it was treacherous & unsafe. I was in one of these bedrooms and managed to get by (with lots of caution), but the person in the other king bedroom took one shower in there & declined to use that shower again.2)The pool table is in horrible shape. Both cushions on the end rails are dislodged. The felt over these cushions is intact, but the bumper cushions beneath were out of place, and anytime a ball hit there, it would jump up in the air and rebound at an odd angle. Unfortunately, we only rent places that have pool tables, and this is our nighttime activity. This pool table was unacceptable. 3)This one's an easy fix, but one of the fan remote controls in one of the bedrooms was either broken or had a dead battery."

"The house is lovely and well furnished. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of room. The ONLY issue we had was not being able to get the tv’s in the bedrooms to work. Probably operator error. Didn’t mention it to Tammy as it wasn’t a big deal. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This is a great place with lots of space for families to sprawl, cook together and have a good time. We only had six adults but can see how the house would accommodate double that with plenty of elbow room. I highly recommend if you need a house to please lots of people."

"The area and the space were great! We just didn't love the fact that the "neighbors" below us were likely residents of the downstairs space. They were very quiet, but in context of a cottage in the country, it just feels a little off to have someone living in the same dwelling you're renting to get away from it all. Neighbors that are also vacationers would have made it a little less uncomfortable. Not bad experience, but not our preference for the context. "
