Manhattan5 nights3.5 star property9.4/10 - Exceptional (293 reviews)"The bath towel shelf in the shower was so high up, I had to stand on my tippy toes to grab a towel and I’m 5ft 5in. Likewise, the little mirror by the entry door was hung at a height for a 6 foot man to check his hair. The pillows felt like swim floaties. Great location though. And no smartly situated outlets for recharging phone and laptop."Reviewed November 4, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - New York (JFK)DUB - JFK • Direct JFK - DUB • Direct€2,581€1,577found 21 hours agoper traveller - 1 Hotel Central Park

The Cloud One New York-Downtown, part of the Motel One Group"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...
"Disappointing Stay – Multiple Issues and Poor Customer Service Unfortunately, our stay this past weekend was extremely disappointing and fell far below our expectations. When we first arrived, there was water all over the bathroom floor due to an issue with the toilet. We also discovered there was no TV remote, and the television could not be operated using the buttons on the unit. On top of that, the main light in the room was not working, leaving the room very dark throughout our entire...
