"Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom in the front of the building was noisy with passing cars that kept waking me up throughout the night. We turned the heat on and the smoke alarm briefly went off- the filter on the furnace desperately needs to be changed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for a night to visit the Washburn campus. "
