Newly renovated, the 1-bedroom/1-bath villa sleeps 6 and features a stunning kitchen, bright & airy rooms, and cool respite after a day of sun-drenched recreation. Perfectly placed for quick access to the beach, and ocean-side Heated pool, this coastal Carolina jewel defines the perfect summer getaway. Partial ocean-facing view

The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Rental HHI LLC. This one-bedroom villa has a full kitchen, combined living room and dining room area, and a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one bathroom. This unit also has a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a pair of bunk beds ideal for smaller children. The balcony off the living room area provides a direct view of the ocean. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service. The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9 AM till sunset. The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property approximately 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill.

We won’t be available in person except for emergencies.
We are located only 30 minutes away from Hilton Head. Please email us for any requests. Of course, any emergency, please contact us without hesitation.

Beach Chairs on the Balcony are for you to use, We ask you to put them back Neatly after use. It's the Guest's Responsibility to not lose our beach equipment, If lost or stolen you must replace or we will charge your Credit card for the replacement. If You Need Dependable Airport Transportation, We Recommend you book in advance with Palmetto Car Service, You can book right on their website. They are the Best Service by far out Here. Please be careful if you use Uber, they are very well known for not showing up or canceling on the way to pick you up.

NO LUGGAGE CARTS ALLOWED INSIDE CONDO( they will scratch our New Floor and WALLS and will be considered damaged, and will forfeit your security deposit)
PLEASE TAKE A BUSINESS CARD/RACK CARD IN KITCHEN (save up to 15%) on Booking fees, WE ONLY OFFER THIS TO PREVIOUS GUESTS WHO LOVED OUR PLACE and had no issues.
Check-out time is 10am . All Garbage to dumpster. all dishes in dishwasher, detergent pod in Dishwasher and turn on. DO NOT make beds or gather linens. Do not put Liquid dish soap in the dishwasher.
