"The hotel is in a PERFECT area in Polanco, and the staff were helpful. However, my room was right next to the shared kitchen, so there was constant noise from cooking, chairs scraping, and people talking, along with a strong smell of Chinese food. Some guests also use the shared area for remote work, which means loud conversations throughout the day. The shared kitchen has a very good fridge, and the shared bathroom was generally clean with plenty of hot water, but there was no soap.. Unfortunately, some guests do not clean up after themselves. One girl showered and left the bathtub floor completely covered in black long hair, so you could not even step inside. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, which is very late and wastes most of the day. Overall, it was good value for the price, and despite these issues, I would stay there again."
