Miguel was a great host; though he had many things to do, he made time to chat and answer our questions. We loved the complimentary breakfasts every morning on the beautiful patio. The environment was restful and gorgeous. The room was spacious and had everything you would need.

This property is beautiful and the staff was excellent, but I would say that the hotel is already starting to feel a little worn out. Our front door to our hotel room looks like it had been broken into with a screwdriver. It’s hard to close any of the doors without them slamming extra hard.. There’s also numbers missing on the walls throughout the hallways and stairs and just generally rough around the edges. I know Hotel get thrashed very quickly by guests so it’s not the end of the world, but I’ve definitely excise. It needs somebody to run through it and clean it up a bit. But overall, we had a very good experience.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. Polite, kind, informative, and friendly. Always greeting us with a smile. The food at the hotel was underwhelming at best. Drinks are great. We only ate one meal (dinner) at the hotel during our 4 day stay. Breakfast was included so that was the only meal we had which was consistently good.

"Amazing staff! The only issues we had was with the design of the hotel, sometimes the fragrances they used was a bit overpowering so if you’re sensitive to smell you will be a bit annoyed whenever you walked into the hotel."
