"very good location and delicious breakfast!"

"Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!"

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The amenities were wonderful."

"Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here."

"Good rooms, good staff, good location!"

"Location excellent with the train station just across the street."

"Very good location across the street from Ikebukuro Station. Very convenient to have a 7-11 accessible without having to leave the building as we were there during Typhoon Dujuan and we could get food without getting wet!! Would stay there again!!"

"Loved the location and great price to value hotel, bed was very comfortable"

"Very clean establishment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shower is clean with shampoo and shower gel provided. Modern Japanese toilets. Hard beds are on the smaller side. Two streets from a metro station and one street from a convenience store. Walking distance from Shinjuku. Definitely worth the price."

"We loved our stay of 5 nights. Our family of four was in the one room and it was spacious enough. Two adults and 11yr old across the two singles and 14yr old on the sofa bed. The hotel is located in Koreatown of Japan and was extremely easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. There was an abundance of great restaurants close by. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed."

"great stay, best value near heart of shinjuku. old school hotel, near small park, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and coin laundry around corner. quick access to shin okubo station. clean rooms and spatitious, no frills."

"Clean room, friendly staff. Has air conditioner and a cafe. You can add breakfast for an extra charge. Totally recommend it."
