"The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk into the city or to the station. There are some great dining options around the hotel. We stayed in the Surlingham suite which was gorgeous. The view in the morning of the cathedral was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful, everything we asked for they accommodated. We'd definitely stay again!!! "

"Great stay, lovely staff, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Great location for town centre and train station. Perfect for a short get away. Would stay here again if coming back to Norwich."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle. Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well. Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again."
