Basic hotel, some areas in need of an upgrade but beds so comfy and big, nice huge showers, food fabulous 👌 and staff lovely. Food available all day, pool.and snooker, lovely outdoor seating area. Good where it counts.

I was there for 5 days - the staff were very welcoming! Lovely sized room. There wasn’t a lift and my case was heavy Sam helped me carry up laughing and smiling all the way to my room

Clean and spacious room. Comfy bed. Electric fan provided in the room was a plus. Clean toilet and shower. Enjoyed the swimming pool and changing rooms clean. Ample parking. Safe area. Very satisfied customers here.

Amazing staff, kind, welcoming and helpful. Gym is great. Breakfast is nice, could do with some fruit options there too. Room does a job, nice bathroom but the room and TV feels a little outdated. Golf course is good value too.

Lots of parking, helpful staff. Pool/ sauna/ hot tub included. We stayed when it was 28degrees and the rooms didn't have Aircon so it was hard to sleep but did at least have a tower fan. New looking bathroom was great. Good food in the restaurant.

The room was good with everything you would expect including wardrobe and draws, the TV was very small though. The prices for food did not match the online menu and where slightly higher and it did not make clear that the breakfast was a buffet type. The food was good.

Overall, it was a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The facilities were simple, including the traditional hotel key, which gave the hotel an olden feel. The room was comfortable and well presented. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a mini fridge in the rooms, as this would be very convenient for guests. In addition, during hot weather, providing portable air conditioning units would make the stay much more comfortable, especially in both standard and family rooms.

The room was spotlessly clean with lovely new carpets and bathroom. We stayed in an executive suite which had a lovely view of the golf course. It was a very hot weekend and the window hardly opened with no air con (just a fan that did very little as the large window let a lot of heat in). If it had air con we would have been very happy. Breakfast was very nice, lots of space everywhere, and our room was quiet even when a party was going on in the front of the building. The swimming pool/sauna/steam room included in the price and a nice relaxing thing to do (just need £1 for locker and they lend you towels). Staff were all friendly.

Great selection for breakfast on the Sunday but no pastries or buffet on the Monday. Spa was great. We were the only ones in there for over an hour. Room was ok. Good bathroom/shower. Food was delicious in the bar area. Very nice stay.

The room was not up to a standard for over £100 a night. The bedside cabinets were absolutely shocking. Cup marks on both, went to reception to say not happy with the room and shown the photos I’d taken of the cabinets expecting a room change and was told the marks are people putting hot drinks on but they are clean. On a plus the bed was comfy. The hotel looked a bit tired and needs work on it. Would I recommend or book again definitely not.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and had everything I needed. The food was great and the staff were friendly. However, I was put in room 30 which is right next door to the fitness studio. There was dance music booming until 10pm then back on at 6:30 am. The music was so loud in the morning I could hear it while I was showering. This, along with the fire door outside my room banging all night meant I had a terrible sleep. When I booked Ithe room online, i stated I was there on business and feel strongly that I should have been put well away from the noise.

Our room itself was pretty clean, but what puts you off is that, as soon as you enter the stairwell to get to the room, the stairwell was completely filthy. You could see layers of dust on it. I had read some other reviews, and I was expecting the worst, but our rooms were really well cleaned. We stayed during a heat wave, so we found that the lack of air conditioning was a hindrance, but then they provided fans. Our room faced the carparks, and we did find quite a bit of noise. The staff are really helpful. The bathrooms were very modern, and the shower pressure was almost too strong, but that was a positive thing.
