"great apartments 10 minutes walk from the unbeatable beach. The kitchen has everything you need and even more than you need for self-catering. Easy check-in process. The host responds instantly to your requests. We had a great time with our corgi dog. Also worth noting are the free beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. The only downside, for us, is the location of the external air conditioner unit under the bedroom window, and if you are a light sleeper, this can be a problem. This is not the fault of the owners, but a feature of building traditions in America."

"As another review stated, the pictures do not do this house justice. It is so beautiful inside with tall cathedral ceilings and beautifully decorated. This is the cleanest house we have ever rented in 20 years. It accommodated our large family nicely. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a second full refrigerator in the 1st floor primary bedroom which was super helpful. We absolutely loved the multiple private decks and the private pool and the private dock. There was plenty of parking for everyone. We loved being on the canal and watching the boats go by. It is a very quiet street and we had a very short walk to the beach with private gated deeded beach. It was very easy for the grandparents who are 80 to walk to the beach and the boardwalk is flat as well as the beach entrance. This is our favorite beach house we have rented. As a past owner of a beach condo on 30A, I can appreciate how well cared for this house is and how well the management is. We definitely plan to be repeat renters!"

"The host was great! The room was nice and the beds were super comfy. It was a super close walk to the beach and even closer to the pool. The pool was so warm (we went mid-May and were worried about it being cold). We did see some cockroaches at the property but we called the host and the condo manager had someone come and spray but there were some roaches we did see but it’s the south so we somewhat expected bugs. Aside from the bugs, it was an incredible stay."

"Stayed here for a week to celebrate Mother’s Day with my sister & mom. The view was absolutely amazing, you got a view of the jetties & part of the gulf. We got to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night & listen to the birds/frogs. Access to the beach was super convenient & quick, you just walk down & you’re right there. The condo was very clean & decor was beachy. Had a bit of a mix up when we got there but Mrs. Charlotte was extremely helpful in solving it quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Communication was wonderful. The listing is exactly what is shown. The bed was so comfortable and got the best sleep. Conveniently located next to pool and a short walk to private beach and tiki bar. If we return I will defiantly be contacting Steph to stay with her"

"The management company should not let this owner rent. Owners should be held to a higher standard. The floor was cracking in one place and a vinyl plank was sagging with no support. ADA/elderly issue. The couch was so dirty a a cigarette burn on one cushion. The murphy bed mattress was so uncomfortable that my back hurt the next day and the pull out couch mattress was foam. Who wants to sleep on that! Luckily the “inspector” of this community was our advocate and we got moved to another unit. No renter should have to argue with management. After meeting owners that live here and talking, they are extremely disappointed ar how this place is run. However, owners need to show up to meetings and vote out management company’s. we will not return here instead stay at the new home2 or wyndham vacation rentals. we are grateful for the inspector lady that did help us in the long run!"
