"Pros: unit was beautiful. Pool areas very enjoyable Cons: islander beach area filled with construction equipment and the elevator was not working "

"There was no check in information sent to me before getting to the property. Checkin was at 4 and could not get into property without calling guest services once getting to the guard shack. Had to call the management company guest services to get into property. The recliner in the property was broken upon arrival and the unit we ended up in did not appear nearly as nice as any of the pictured units when booking. This is my first bad experience using expedia, i want to say the issue lies more so with avari the property management company than with expedia but i was not happy overall. "

"Beautiful space. We did notice until we got there that the condo room was not anywhere on the reservation. Luckily the gentleman at the gate was able to look everything up. Enjoyed our stay would stay there again."

"The house needs updating. The toilet seat was broken. The balcony was closed off. The air conditioner didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole first day. The host didn’t message us back about the issues. Pros it was a great location. The pool was amazing and it was heated. The beach was right outside the door. The grocery stores were in walking distance. Overall if everything gets updated it would be a decent place to stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the side ocean view from the balcony. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a fantastic bonus and made our beach days so easy and relaxing.Mr. Dee was great to work with—communication was clear and helpful, especially with check-in, check-out, and getting the TVs set up. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, which made our stay even better.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!"
