"Room is clean, they don't provide shampoo, towels are cheap style."

"I was not able to check in at check in time which is 3pm. They told me I needed to wait for an additional 1/2 hour. We ordered room service, and we never got it. We tried to put the heat on, it was a bit cold, and there was a nasty/burn like smell so we needed to shut it off."

"Room had issue with air conditioning. Front desk was helpful and moved me to another room where the a/c is fine. They also comped a water bottle for the inconvenience. Appreciate that!"

"I had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and made it very uncomfortable to stay there. Cleanliness clearly isn’t being taken seriously. On top of that, the staff was very unpleasant to deal with. They were unhelpful when concerns were brought up and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issues. Good customer service can make a big difference, but that was definitely lacking here. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this location. Between the poor cleanliness and the unfriendly staff, it was not a good experience at all."
