"Room was clean and spacious. The living space and the bed are separated by a small half-wall, which I liked. Street noise was not too bad. Property looked as advertised. Staff were friendly and informative. Breakfast was good both days I had it. Functional mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Hot water works. Plenty of towels. I would recommend this place as a central location with easy access to and from the property while also providing suitable amenities."

"The room was clean and spacious. Functional kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, and sink. Hot water works well. Stacked washer and dryer in unit was a nice touch after a longer stay in the area. Staff is kind. Kind of a small check-in window but the property is also an apartment so it’s not a huge deal. Street sounds can get a bit noisy as it is by a busy road and upstairs neighbors are audible, but that’s the nature of an apartment. Very happy with this stay and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a secure place to stay for a while. "

"The lobby was bright and cheerful with the check in super easy. Lots of parking and the rooms were great Very comfortable bed and pillows and cotton sheets. unique building through out. All the woodwork and features were very nicely restored. The breakfast was terrific in a lovely dining room and wonderful waitstaff! So happy we picked this as our stay in Champain-urbana"
