every thing was excellent except it took some time to queue up for check-in

I had a very pleasant stay at Butterfly on Wellington. Front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Worth every penny

The little touches go a long way

Staying at OZO Wesley has been a pleasant experience. The staff has been very friendly and responsive. I was given a room with a gorgeous view and ample sunlight on the 20th floor. Their wall is a bit thin and on my first night, I could hear constant noise from the next room all night long, which did disturb my sleep. However, the staff ensured that this didn't happen again on the following nights. I would recommend staying at OZO.

I didn't like the swimming pool timings and availability. I liked the location, friendly staff and gym.

Valuable choice

The room I booked was very spacious, quiet and comfortable and I have to give a special mention to the bathtub. If you get the chance to book a room with a deep-soaking bathtub, definitely go for it! It is super relaxing to lie in there and forget your worries, and it adds something special to your day when torrential rain hits (like it did for me)! I also ordered breakfast to my room and there was plenty of choice for that; I have to say it was very satisfying. The only downside was the very slow check in. I'm not sure if it was because of the pandemic, or if other guests had lots of special requests, but I waited almost one hour to check in. The stress of check in was soon forgotten, though, when I could enjoy the hotel's amenities.
