10/10 Excellent
"Everyone at reception was so nice!! I can't get over how polite, helpful and understanding they were. They helped us navigate the city, chatted with us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. The facility itself is nice but the staff makes it over the top! "
"Stayed here for 3 days. Staff is friendly. Location was convenient. Walking distance for dining, shops, and public transportation to where you need to go to. At night this area is very lively. We stayed on the 20th floor and you can faintly still hear the outside festivities going on. Didn’t bother us much cause at the end of our day we were to tired from our day going about the city. There are 2 rooms per floor and the room sizes is descent for 2 people. We rented 4 rooms for our family during our stay and had no issues. I would go back when visiting Hong Kong again. "
"I stayed 10 days at Bishop Lei and I loved every minute of it. I think it’s the cleanest and quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were lovely and it’s a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Easy to get a taxi. I loved the pool and swam as much as I could. Fabulous experience!!"
"Perfect location, just enough space to use as a launching point for day long explorations. Also very helpful that they store luggage at HKD $10 a piece (USD $1.25) all day! I always stay here for 23h55m layovers on the way to places for a good reason. Good A/C, helpful staff, good water pressure, location can't be beat."
"Modern and clean hotel situated fairly close to the subway. Special thanks to Charles who provided excellent service, ensured a seamless check in and gave great recommendations on things to do "
