"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. "Overall it was a great place to stay. Clean ideal for the location snacks were good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was checking in. There were 10 of us who booked, 9 were sent a QR code which meant there walked up scanned it and got their room key. Unfortunately I did not get code, I was told I would have to manually check in which meant adding all my details again which was annoying. I asked the check in person why I didn’t get a QR code and they not sure it happens which to me did not play well with first impression. As I say overall great place to stay"
