Staff very helpful on arrival and no problem about us arriving late. We had a very large room that had a sliding door between the two beds. Room was clean and fresh towels.

As a place to stay before a flight, it's fine, though it is quite a walk from Horley if you want to go out there for dinner. The bus stop for the bus to the airport is a couple of minutes away. Incredibly friendly receptionist.

Had a great stay at Gatwick Inn Hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, and I was really impressed by Eias at reception. He was super helpful with my (very big!) bags, gave me great recommendations for restaurants in the area, and genuinely went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. He even refused a tip, which says a lot about how seriously he takes good service. Really appreciated the warm and friendly experience — would definitely recommend staying here. P/s; my room was really clean , spacious and tidy !

Staff at the desk was very helpful and polite, the property itself is quite nice, although be did say it's under renovation but was still really good, furniture currently a bit outdated but still nice for it's age, also very close to the airport. Would definitely come again.
