"We had a fantastic stay at the Old Village Shop. The cottage was lovely, spacious and suited the needs of our two families perfectly and in a fantastic location so close to a beautiful beach. Everything was clean and well looked after and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay."

"Exactly as described. Just me and two kids (7 and 9) we could walk to the beach out of the rear gate with all we needed in hand and it takes minutes. One of the best UK beaches I have been on and not too busy, especially considering summer holidays.The property itself is fairly small (as expected) but well appointed with all you need, plus games, internet tv etc for the kids. Great sized garden and rear veiws.The local shop, cafe, fish and chips shop and pub (good food) all literally a couple of minutes walk away.I only drove once all week (everything on Your doorstep) to go to thrigby hall wildlife Gardens (highly recommend)We all loved this cottage and will certainly be back!"
