"The toilet flush control was not working properly. It needs to be either fixed or replaced. The shower head was too close to the wall. I had to put my next to the wall to have a shower. Lastly, there was no hair dryer."

"Room are clean and its a super quiet hotel. Even it quite busy with families parties and work contractors we couldn't hear the other guests at all. Loved the leaiure facilities and swimming and steamed room was much needed after 4 hours travelling. We ate in the restaurant since im a gym member from another branch and made use of 50% off my whole bill the pizza was delicious. Location is 10 mins from the city and used the park and ride near by which was handy really glad we did as leeds city looked a bit chaotic and bus lanes everywhere! ! Will stay again!"

"We arrived very early and immediately the staff put our backpacks into storage - offered an upgrade to a fabulous room and when we returned the bags were there for us. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Leeds"
