Had a bit of a problem with internet access AND no English language channels on the tv..but if you spoke Russian there was one channel available."

Not a big deal usually except we had been traveling overseas and were needing to get some rest. The doorman was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Staff was very pleasant."

There were so many options for food and shopping: the hotel itself was located in a beautiful building and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We had luggage to hold on the day of our arrival as we had just disembarked from a Virgin Voyage cruise until our room was ready for check in. They accommodated us and shared some sites to see. We decided to take a very long walk to The Museu de Barca, but a taxi from the hotel to Barca will only run about 10-15£. If you have comfortable shoes, you can see so much in just a few hours. The room was decently spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable: the bathroom and water pressure were top tier, especially after a long day of site seeing. I highly recommend this hotel. "
