"The room and bathroom were dirty, and the hotel has a security issue. There was only one attendant on the ground floor, and people from the street could access any hotel guest’s floor because the elevators didn’t require hotel room keys. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe."

"Good location but almost till 2:30 am in the morning many youngsters were shouting , talking loudly , making lot of noise on the street just below the room window so could not get good sleep and wish someone could have told them to lower the noise and windows should been sound proof"

"Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Difficult to get to the lobby from stairs (no ramp). Surprised that the rooms did not have phones. Had to go to reception to get toilet paper. Lastly, no coffee maker in the room; having complementary coffee at the lobby would be bettet"

"Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. There a nice bar/ restaurant across the road ( go out of the door next to the 3 check in desks) slightly left and cross the road. Lovley staff and food was superb."

Jenny and Sarah at the front desk were especially helpful—they greeted me with genuine smiles, made check-in quick and easy, and were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and taken care of. I also want to mention Angelica at breakfast, who truly brightened my mornings. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was well-stocked and fresh. Her friendly attitude made the start of each day even better. Overall, the staff really made this stay stand out. Great service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere—I highly recommend this hotel."
