"Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. Staff helped me ordered raincoats (as I was heading to Zhangjiajie). The raincoats were delivered to my room via a robot within 25...
