"Staff were friendly and helpful even though it was very busy the weekend after Christmas/before new years. The room was spacious and pristinely clean. The view could have been better, but no big deal for us. We were so close to the center of Times Square and so many shops and places to eat. The valet parking was easy. We would stay here again. "

"The room was clean. The heat worked but could not set to a temperature and it reach that temperature. It was about 8 degrees off. It did stay warm though. Shopping was great around and plenty of restaurants close. We were able to walk to Bryant Park, the Public Library, Saks, and all of the Broadway shows we wanted very easily. Only thing I didn’t not like was there was not a microwave in the room. There was a mini fridge which was great. The mattress was covered with a protector and both box springs and mattress were zipped up in the protector which I found to be a positive thing.."
