"The rooms were extremely basic but clean, and the hotel was conveniently located for where we wanted to be. The rooms and the dining area were way too hot and couldnt be moderated and the beds, pillows and duvet were also basic ajd very uncomfortable. The breakfast was basic but sufficient "

"We had a wonderful holiday in Hunstanton. This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of space for 3 families (6 adults and 6 children). It was great to have separate living areas and the pool table was a big hit especially in February when the weather was a bit iffy. The house is in a peaceful location with the ocean and shops a few mins walk away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates and crockery for 12 and clean and tidy for our arrival. We would love to visit again! "

"Lovely, spacious, well-equipped cottage in a beautiful location, convenient for exploring north west Norfolk. The only possible down sides could be the steep stairs to the accommodation and that bathrooms are not on the bedroom floor which may be a night time problem for some."
