"Horrible experience!! It’s very old with 5 floors and without an elevator. Rooms are very old and uncomfortable. Never coming back. The Uzbekistan morning receptionist is very good though. "
"Staff were very helpful. 2 minute walk to İstiklal street where everything is available. 2 different parking lots on both sides of the hotel. They keep the room clean the hotel clean and the elevator fits many people. "
"The staff were extra nice and held our luggage for 2 days without the extra cost when we went to Cappadocia and kept it safe. They have laundry service as well and it was ready the next morning. The lady who cleans the room is very sweet as well. The rooms may need some maintenance but it worked for us and had a pleasant experience."

"Without a single exception every staff member was extremely well trained, attentive and professional. The facilities are incredibly well maintained and historically known and represent a level of grace and class that is rare to find these days."
"We chose to visit Istanbul to celebrate our 47th anniversary, and our experience in this magnificent city has been truly unforgettable. Our stay at The Marmara hotel was exceptional, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Sena at the reception for her outstanding service. Without a doubt, The Marmara hotel will be our first choice for our next visit to Istanbul.
Best Regards

"Fantastic staff. Great hospitality. Their breakfast was excellent. Located in a historic neighborhood. 6 to 8 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. Lots of dinning and shopping options around. We were in Istanbul for just 3 days and couldn't have asked for a better location for a short trip."
"Excellent hotel, with great storage of clothes, beautiful rooms, bathrooms and the spa is great.
All staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is special.
Walking distance to most areas. Very central
Second stay and if I return to Istanbul this will be my hotel of choice again"
