"Great Stay"

"The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Falmouth. We loved being able to stroll into town for ice cream, shopping, and dinner without having to worry about driving or parking. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Our kids absolutely loved the indoor pool. Even after a busy day at the beach, they still had energy to splash around, and the heated pool was a great way for them to unwind (and for us parents to relax nearby). The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed—fridge, microwave, and plenty of space for the family. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Overall, Iris Hotel Cape Cod was the perfect base for our family getaway. Between the walkable location, kid-friendly amenities, and great service, we couldn’t have asked for more. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!"

"The owners were having a problem with the hot water that/day/evening. They were super apologetic even though we did not mind( if taking a cold shower is gonna ruin my day-I’ve got issues). Everything was turned back on by 7:00 pm. Contractor looked like he had been run over by a truck he was so tired. It was 98° that day by the way. Contractor and owner did a great job.Kudos!!"

"Really good, clean and new"

"Very family friendly, great pool, multiple fire pit for roasting marshmallows, indoor heated water park, arcade games. There is a cafe, a gift shop, a bar and restaurant with a door and out in the center of the resort where there is fire piths, a ballroom inside for free dance lessons. There is free live music multiple times per day, and much more activities to keep families with young kids entertained. There is a text through out the day alerting for the activities. If you don’t have a car and want to go anywhere, the resort offers shuttle services to drop you off anywhere in town and pick you up. "
