"They don’t offer breakfast, however it’s not a problem at all. They are many options all over for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many stores al over. We felt safe the entire time we were there. Felt safe leaving our items, we did major shopping and everything was good. Our room was cleaned daily, it was more than enough for my husband and I. Our room was in the back so we didn’t hear any noise from the main street. Elevators were always available and working. (They also have apartments where people live, an some time you could get their cooking smell, besides that everything was excellent) we would still stay there again and again. Our room was always clean what we really liked, thank you to the housekeepers and management. "

"We booked the room for our only night in Milan, but would rebook again in a heartbeat. Staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. They made us feel right at home for our brief time there. Rooms were clean and modern, bed was good, and I slept extremely well. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a delicia variety of things. Sad to leave, but hope to return!"

"Less than a 30 min walk into the city and close metro links make it an ideal place to stay. Staff were all really pleasant and dealt with the minor issues that arose for us. Lots of good places to eat around the hotel so we had a lot of choice. I would go there again."
