One thing to note is that there is no shampoo or conditioner so make sure to bring your own. "Location in the old city near restaurants. It is newly constructed hotel (with a historic exterior) with all the modern amenities. Appreciated the touch of l’Occtaine soaps, convenience of the affordable hotel restaurant for breakfast, and bar. There is a Michelin restaurant ‘Ola’ which we didn’t try. Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations, spoke English and pleasant. We would definitely return if we visit Bilbao again."
