"An excellent location for walking around, accessing public transport and enjoying dining options. Room is spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet for the location on a busy corner. Breakfast choices were great and well priced. Reception and breakfast staff were welcoming and service focused. An overall great experience and value for money. "

"The hotel and our room were beautiful and there was great customer service! Convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to Old Town Bilbao with lots of restaurants and shops, and about a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. There is also a nice rooftop bar at the hotel. Parking was a little bit far, about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We had a very good experience overall."
